Global warming, Tiger Woods, go away!!
I am so sick of hearing about global warming. The ones talking about it know little about it and go to internet sites which follow their political bent. One blogger asked if our civilization is in danger. I don’t know. I do know it won’t matter if our atmosphere is destroyed and we go up in flames. If we err it should be on the side of caution. Sometimes, when I’m feeling mean, I think the world in general, climate, society, will be better when the current old codgers can’t vote anymore. Our atmosphere is not deep. It is only a short distance above the tallest mountain in the Sierras. We can’t expect it will take everything we want to throw at it. I’m not going into this too deeply because I am not a scientist and am quite aware of my limited knowledge, unlike some .others. One man who always has letters to the editor is obsessing on this so much it is unbelievable. I’m sure he is a real nice person but I would like to see him happier.
This is out of context but that is just me. An out of context kind of person. I, and some others have tried to mention John Hancock in the comments in the News star and the last part of his name is exed out. Their control thinks we are trying to write a dirty word like rooster, you know “cock” Isn’t that funny? Get a laugh when you can is what I always say.
I am just t ired of hearing the same old stuff all the time about the global warming,etc, which has been made a political issue when it shouldn’t be one.
Poor Tiger Woods. The most admired sports figure, the wealthiest sponserships, seemingly endless more opportunities. I take no pleasure in seeing his fall. I’m not mad at him. This is a personal problem that has nothing to do with me. I am furious at the tabloids. They stalked his girlfriends. they dug up eveything they could. Did everyone in the world need to know this stuff? I didn’t. I guess I’m not normal but I look at sex as a body function, designed to procreate, as I look at eating to nourish the body. I just don’t care,he isn’t my husband. Another’ s habits of intimacy have nothing to do with the rest of us. Wouldn’t it be better if he and his wife could just be left alone? Shouldn’t all of us care more about the poor,starving,violated people in our savage world?
Hey! Do you guys know about what is going on in Uganda? They will pass a law this week which will make homosexuality punishable by life in prison or death. Other nations have spoke their disappoval. Uganda has said they ill not be influenced by the opinions of others. Inhofe, Coburn and some of their buddies have been over there spouting off along with a fanatic who claims to be able to cure guys by giving them lots of hugs. Oh! The things we have done to that continent. Wonder what it would be like if we and others hadn’t exploited it to death? I do digress.
Please don’t ever talk to me about global warming! Please leave Tiger Woods alone! Okay. That is all of my bitching for today .
