Mango Angel Dessert


2 cups chopped mangos and other fruits           
1 cup sliced strawberries
8 ounces frozen blueberries            
1 (3 oz) package instant lemon pudding
1 angel food cake (8" or 9")

With serrated knife, cut 2 inch layer off top of cake. Set aside. Carefully hollow out cake leaving 1/2-3/4 inch thick shell.

Make pudding according to packages instructions.   Spoon into cake shell. Spoon fruit over lemon mixture.

Replace cake top. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.

When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with more fruit.
