Fresh Garden Salsa


4 large tomatoes
1 onion, diced
1 banana pepper, chopped
1 Cup bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
½ teaspoon cumin
2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 1 hour.  Serve with corn chips.  If wishing to preserver, omit the oil from this recipe.
