1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 pound ground turkey
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 (10.5 oz) can garbanzo beans
1 (10.5 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (10.5 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 (14 oz) can low-sodium chicken broth
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Hot sauce to taste
Heat oil on medium-low heat. Add onion and sauté until soft. Brown the turkey until not longer pink (165 degrees). Add tomatoes with juice, all beans, broth and spices. Stir and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
